Pairing chocolates with wines is an incredibly sensual experience. It is not for the faint of heart in the taste bud department. Many of our chocolates were created with the intention to either compliment to enhance certain notes in wines. With flavors such as lavender, anise, and clove, our chocolates are a natural
accompaniment to wine.
