At the moment we have a fun collection of truffle flavors in our space: Wild Blackberry, Chilipepper Strawberry, Sweet Corn, Cardamom, Earl Grey Tea, "The Persian" (Turkish delight with chocolate), Pendleton Whiskey Hazelnuts, Fresh Fig, Medjool Date Bacon, Lavender, Cherry Star Anise, and Spumoni.

Many who have visited our tasting room have asked how we come up with the flavors that we make or where we get our inspirations from. And there are others who have asked which of our chocolates pair best with which wines from the valley.
