At the moment we have a fun collection of truffle flavors in our space: Roasted Beet, Pumpkin White Chocolate, Rhubarb Ginger, Fresh Fig, Wine Infused, Violet Smoked Salt, Espresso, Grand Cru (Venezuela), Rosemary Pink Peppercorn, Chili Pepper, Pendleton Whiskey Hazelnut Praline, and Fresh Tumeric Root.

Many who have visited our tasting room have asked how we come up with the flavors that we make or where we get our inspirations from. And there are others who have asked which of our chocolates pair best with which wines from the valley.
