Like any quality chocolate, our chocolates should be treated with care, and are best consumed within one week of purchase. Excessive heat and humidity can cause damage, and exposure to unpleasant odors can alter their taste. Chocolates are best stored in an air-tight environment at 55 to 60 degrees and a humidity level of 60% to 70%
